Nu-Wave Optima -- a next generation flexible platform has been introduced by Xtera Communications (News - Alert), Inc., a premier global provider of optical and IP networking solutions, for long haul, regional, and metro DWDM applications.

Xtera's unique All-Raman amplification can increase capacity up to 15 Terabits per second, whenever the bandwidth requirements continue to increase.
