Asbury Automotive Group, one of the automotive retailers in the U.S., has selected Perceptive Intelligent Capture, powered by Brainware, for the efficient automation of invoice processing at its Dealership Support Center outside of Atlanta.
The solution, which will be delivered via a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS (News - Alert)) model, was selected by Asbury Automotive Group after extensive evaluation of available automation solutions.
Perceptive was chosen based on a demonstration of the technology’s capabilities for high rates of field data extraction and touchless processing of purchase order-based invoices. While the initial implementation is limited to the capture-enabled automation of accounts payable, opportunities are being explored for applying the technology to other document-based processes.
