Health India TPA Moves to Adminovate's Advanced Platform to Administer Healthcare Claims

Philadelphia-based policy administration software provider, Adminovate made its debut on the Indian shore. According to a news release, Adminovate—a company that has cemented a strong position in the life, health, and annuity space with its highly successful forwardPAS policy administration solution---has won a new client in Mumabi, India-based Health India TPA Services Pvt. Ltd.

Health India is a Third Party Administrator (TPA) offering healthcare services and customer benefit solutions to individuals, corporations and groups. This IRDA licensed TPA offers corporate employee wellness programs and insurance-based health coverage plans.

An agile claims administration solution helps automate the complicated procedures of claims processing and help companies reduce costs substantially. HealthIndia TPA, which is committed to provide quick cashless hospitalization and faster reimbursed mediclaim settlement to the policy holders, hopes to expedite the policy administration process with the help of forwardPAS. forwardPAS’ advanced platform will also enable Health India to  support the carriers more efficiently.

According to the company’s MD Kamaljeet Gupta, the new investment will help Health India distinguish itself as a nimble and cost effective provider in the highly competitive Indian health insurance industry.

“Health India needs to be a nimble and cost effective provider in our space as we service our current client base and attract new insurance companies to our TPA. In order to do so, we needed a robust system for our comprehensive processing requirements,” Gupta explained in a statement.

Gupta seems to hold the forwardPAS solution in high esteem, which becomes evident from his comment that there is no other solution in the world today that compares to forwardPAS. Gupta, however, is not an exception in his estimation; this cloud based policy administration solution is being perceived as a game changer of sort by key players in the industry.
