TIO Networks Corp has recently inked a new partnership agreement with Gulf Power, an electric utility company servicing Northwest Florida, to make bill paying more convenient for its customers.
Self-service kiosks are placed in select Circle K convenience stores to help Gulf Power customers in the Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach areas pay their bills in real time.
“We’re excited to offer our customers this service, which will help alleviate wait times and ultimately make the bill payment process more convenient,” said Jeff Rogers, Corporate Communications Manager for Gulf Power. “We hope to expand to additional locations throughout our service market as customers become more accustomed to the automated kiosks.”
Customers can now pay their bills processed in real time to avoid expensive interest or late fees. They can receive convenient help at TIO’s self-service kiosk, which accepts cash and is open 24/7, supporting multiple languages.
“Paying bills on time can be challenging for many Americans today,” said Hamed Shahbazi, CEO and Chairman of TIO Networks. “Our goal is to remove the barriers that make bill payment difficult and help our partners provide value-added services to their customers.”
TIO is a cloud-based bill payment processor serving the largest telecom, wireless, cable and utility bill issuers in North America. With more than 57,000 endpoints to its processing network, TIO symbolizes fast, convenient and secure bill paying.
TIO Networks has long been one of North America’s leading companies when it comes to expedited bill payment solutions. Last month, the company solidified that status by releasing a mobile application for El Paso Electric Customers.
