Chime Software Intros iCall Center Module for Chime iPBX Software

Chime Software announced that it has released its iCall Center module for the Chime iPBX software. This module enables small businesses to benefit from the same call center functionality that enterprises and call centers offer at a much higher cost.

The Chime iPBX is an affordable and reliable VoIP telephone system for businesses. The Chime Software iPBX controls telephones used for business communications by PC integration enabling the management of multiple phone calls easy. This is fine tuned to all the needs of any business.
It has two powerful components the iAdmin and iAssist which provide a customer friendly user interface. iAssist is a desktop integration program which works seamlessly with phones to access powerful features by just a click or touch. The iAssist software interface delivers call control typically offered by phone systems in large enterprises which are very expensive.
iAdmin is a web interface for configuring devices, hunt groups, conference rooms and other setup options. The iAdmin web-based administration console is designed for easy utilization by all office personnel with or without experience.
The Chime Software iPBX is a 19 inches rackmount and it can be installed any where conveniently. It is highly reliable and is an application-based Linux-driven system. It has been developed with the latest innovations in order to suit current business needs.
