Asentinel has launched Asentinel (News - Alert) SE (Standard Edition), a lite version of its patented software, Asentinel 5.0.
Asentinel SE is geared to the needs and environment of small- and mid-market companies that want a solution for processing invoices and managing inventory. The new version allows for an organized central repository of their telecom infrastructure without requiring the robust deployment and scalability provided in the complete Asentinel 5.0 package.
“Asentinel SE is perfect for small- to mid-size enterprises that understand the need for an Asentinel solution that will manage the complete lifecycle of TEM, but may not require all of the enterprise tools that Asentinel 5.0 brings to its larger and more complicated corporate and government customers,” said David C. Perdue, Asentinel CEO.
He notes Aberdeen (News - Alert) Group that has found Best-in-Class companies to rely on during the current hard economic times. ensures that these companies are not wasting money on invoice errors. Now this service can benefit small-to mid-size companies also and they can get the same assurance from Asentinel at an affordable price.
The company is offering Asentinel SE as a SaaS (News - Alert) model, and has decided to include Asentinel’s TFMS (TouchFree Managed Service) and Contract Control. With TFMS, customers can have their telecom invoices sent directly to Asentinel.
Once the company receives these invoices they are loaded into the Asentinel system through the proprietary OIR (Optical Invoice Recognition) technology. The OIR technology can accurately read paper invoices, and can successfully capture even the smallest detail.
Thanks to Asentinel’s Contract Control, customers have the option of having their contracts uploaded into the system by Asentinel’s professionals. Contract Control provides optimum savings by ensuring complete accuracy and consistency.
Perdue informed that Asentinel’s team can work with enterprises to help them determine which Asentinel offering best fits their needs.
