RingCentral, a provider of cloud computing-based business phone systems, has announced that the company will provide its products to Tradavo, an online wholesale distributor that connects consumer product companies with small, special market retailers. Tradavo can now deliver improved customer communications with the RingCentral (News - Alert) Office virtual phone system.
When Tradavo was reviewing competitive services, RingCentral Office emerged as the clear winner, says the company. With RingCentral, Tradavo will get a menu of professional services in a single business phone system at a fraction of the cost of traditional phone systems. With features such as caller ID, call hold, mute, speaker phone and other features, the entire company will use RingCentral and the pre-configured full featured phones.

“We selected RingCentral because it was easy to set up, very flexible, and offered a rich array of functions and features to enhance our company communications. The company discovered an affinity for the call logs offered by the RingCentral service, which provide a complete record of every inbound and outbound call and fax. This helps Tradavo produce and analyze customer interaction reports. To assist in employee training, Tradavo is currently implementing the call recording feature included in the RingCentral Office package.
In May 2008, the company partnered with Warrillow & Company Subscriber Network, an advisory service for enterprise companies targeting the small and medium business (SMB) market, to expand market share. The membership in the Warrillow network is expected to help RingCentral extend its commitment to understanding the key challenges and opportunities that small businesses face.
