Cardmobili Expands Its Mobile Loyalty and Member Services into North America


Cardmobili is a well known supplier of mobile loyalty and member services. The company has recently announced its expansion into the North America. Cardmobili is a free application for consumers which exploits cloud computing infrastructure to relieve consumers from carrying physical loyalty, membership, rewards and association cards. The smart application from Cardmobili supports merchants and consumers with personalized communication, heightened services and greater control and ease to manage all types of card affiliations and programs via a single central device.

 
The customers can make use of this app to access loyalty and membership cards stored on their mobile device irrespective of location and time. The company also provides its users with the ability to pick and update account information for more than 300 programs and associations. Otherwise, they can select to add their own custom card online at www.cardmobili.com. At the time of its recent launch in the Portugal iTunes App Store, Cardmobili ranked top by accounting maximum number of free downloads.
 
In a release Jeff Seabloom who is the Senior Vice President of U.S. operations for Cardmobili said that "Cardmobili's use of the loyalty cloud, delivery through the mobile phone and the support of social media provides the catalyst to drive consumer use of the service and enable merchants to extend their loyalty and marketing programs as well as promotions, brand awareness and direct communication to mobile devices."
 
This new app offers single point registration for the consumer and has the capability to connect directly to a merchant's CRM system via standard APIs. Instead of visiting retail locations or websites, consumers can sign up for loyalty, membership and reward programs directly via Cardmobili's service. This helps to drive retail traffic and brand preference with targeted paper-free vouchers, promotions and rewards particularly when combined with location-based services.
 
With the help of Cardmobili, the consumers can consolidate all of their cards and valuable information directly into their mobile phones. The company ensures its service availability on the iPhone (News - Alert), iPod and iPad, and Java-based smartphone.
 
By using mobile loyalty programs, the Card issuers can reduce the on-boarding fee up to 88%. Moreover, they are able to boost interaction with their customer base and offer appreciation and incentives for segments of customers.
