(Guardian (UK) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Vodafone has launched a new price plan that allows you to swap your smartphone every 12 months for the latest model.
Vodafone Red Hot is a leasing agreement that allows you to rent the handset on a monthly subscription. It starts at a hefty pounds 47 a month.
Right now you can get a Samsung Galaxy S III for pounds 47 per month. For that, you also get unlimited calls and texts, 2GB of data and insurance.
At the end of the 12-month period, you can exchange the device for the latest model at the time. The iPhone 5 costs from pounds 59 per month.
The plan is available in Vodafone stores only.
