iCore Networks Announces Expansion of its Executive Management Team
MCLEAN, Va. --(Business Wire)--
iCore
Networks, the nation's largest commercial Voice over Private
Internet (VoPI) network and pioneer of cloud-based
services, announces today that it has appointed a new Executive Vice
President of Finance, Eduardo Sanchez, to ensure effective management
and profitability of the company's financial operations.
In his new role at iCore, Mr. Sanchez will oversee iCore's product and
market expansion from a financial operations standpoint. Mr. Sanchez
will also focus on iCore's operational and organizational strategy,
mergers and acquisitions, financial planning and performance,
contracts/legal issues, investment banking relationships, and investor
relations. Mr. Sanchez's expertise implementing effective management and
metrics structures around corporate growth and financial goals position
him as an asset to iCore's executive team and a leader that will be
instrumental in driving the company's continued growth trajectory.
Mr. Sanchez brings an established track-record for driving financial and
operational results in key executive positions at public and private
companies for more than 15 years within the telecommunications,
technology, and real estate industries in the United States and Latin
America. He also brings a reputation for strong strategic leadership and
effective management to reach target financial goals. Mot recently, Mr.
Sanchez served as Finance leader / CFO for three divisions at Primus
Telecommunications Group (PTGi), leading the restructuring / divestiture
of PTGi's ICS, Retail, and Brazil divisions. Prior to joining PTGi, Mr.
Sanchez served in executive level positions at RCN (News - Alert), CTA, and Verizon.
Mr. Sanchez holds an MBA from the University of Virginia, Darden
Graduate School of Business Administration, and a Master's degree in
Finance from IESA.
