New retail model built on old-fashioned ideas

Sydney-based online clothes retailer The Iconic launched in October 2011 and offers a three-hour delivery service within the city. Overnight delivery to other states is also available. The Iconic now has 350 staff and is processing almost 5,000 orders daily in the lead-up to Christmas. All products have a 100-day free return period and free shipping for orders over $A20.
