Navicure Wins 2013 Stevie Award for Customer Service Department of the Year
ATLANTA --(Business Wire)--
Navicure,
a leading Internet-based medical claims clearinghouse for physician
practices, today announced that the company received the gold award in
the 2013
Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service in the Customer Service
Department of the Year competition for the healthcare, pharmaceuticals
and related industries.
The recognition of Navicure's client services team was based on their
dedication to ensuring clients' transitions to HIPAA 5010 were as
seamless as possible. Navicure succeeded in both planning and executing
the complex transition. Months prior to the deadline, Navicure began
testing and migrating clients to the new claims format so they were
fully prepared and comfortable with the new format.
Throughout the transition, Navicure provided educational content and
important updates via its blog, The
Daily Practice, webinars
and message center alerts on their client portal. In addition, during
the peak of the switch to 5010, Navicure maintained its industry-leading
3-Ring™ Client Service policy, which guarantees that a client service
representative will answer every client call in three rings or less.
"It is an honor to be recognized by the Stevie Awards, and it is a
testament to the hard work and dedicatio of our client services team,"
said Laura Bridge, vice president of client services at Navicure. "Over
the years we have committed ourselves to providing superior support to
every client, every day. Major industry transitions like 5010 are no
exception. We think our success through 5010 should give our clients a
good sense for what they can expect through the even more complex ICD-10
transition on the horizon. We will be there working in the trenches with
every client the whole way through to ensure success for everyone."
This year, the Stevie Awards, one of the world's leading business
awards, received more than 1,100 entries submitted from organizations of
all sizes and virtually every industry across the 30 categories, an
increase of ten percent over 2012. Finalists were determined by the
average evaluation scores of 120 professionals worldwide, acting as
official judges.
"From our perspective this was the most successful Stevie Awards for
Sales and Customer Service yet," said Michael Gallagher, president and
founder of the Stevie Awards. "Not just because of the increase in the
number and variety of entries, but in the extraordinary quality of the
entries. Judges have told me how impressed they were with the success
stories they reviewed this year. All of this year's Stevie Awards
winners are truly deserving."
