thePlatform (News - Alert), a white-label video publishing company, has entered into a reseller agreement with Sweden based Real Life Venture AB, a digital media consulting company, to drive the development of video publishing solutions across Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden. Designed as a video publishing platform, mpx has been enhanced and customized and includes Real Life's system integration services. Real Life will provide both local and customized support to extend the mpx platform's reach in the region.
In a release, Simon McGrath, general manager of Europe for thePlatform, said, "Real Life has a great deal of experience in helping content providers architect and execute business models and technology solutions that extend their business. As an authorized reseller of mpx we look forward to working with them as they offer local support and build custom solutions for customers across the Nordic countries."
The Swedish Horse Racing Totalisator Board, has utilized mpx for managing and publishing video content pertaining to Swedish Horse Racing on its official website. The published video content includes coverage and replays of the race, displays jockey profiles and features videos about racing and betting.

Leveraging the platform, content providers in the Nordic countries will now be able to publish videos to media devices such as PCs, TV as well as to mobile devices.
