Pegasystems Inc., provider of Business Process Management (BPM) and customer centricity software, and Ness Technologies (News - Alert), a provider of information technology solutions and services, have entered into a partnership to provide business process services and solutions to Ness clients. Pegasystems' (News - Alert) BPM solutions and Ness' consulting, engineering and professional service teams will help clients create efficient business processes and improve customer service.

According to the press release, this joint partnership has a primary focus to help clients realize the benefits of automated Business Process Management that improves cost strategy and the ability to deliver better service to new and existing customers. Ness and Pegasystems together will now provide end-to-end, global business process management solutions, including consulting, deployment, and continuous maintenance services, with necessary business agility to meet ongoing change requirements. The duo have more than six years of working experience together that included Ness' work with recent Pega acquisition Chordiant (News - Alert) Software-to co-engineer, the products and implementation services for Media, Retail, Telecom, Financial Services and other industries in both North America and Europe.

As part of the alliance, Pegasystems' industry-specific framework solutions will be bundled in Ness' BPM services for their present key global clients and will focus on Customer Service, Media, Education, Travel, and other markets. The BPM services and solutions combination is expected to significantly increase business agility through controlled migration, which helps clients to leverage existing applications. Ness’ focus on selling solutions and services will enable clients to make more intelligent decisions, leveraging Pega's decision management solutions built on the company's predictive analytics tools.
