Business process outsourcing delegates tasks or jobs from internal production to an external entity. More companies are eliminating native staff and migrating to staffing overseas, where salaries are markedly lower.

Also this week, the 100 Global Outsourcing Providers list, compiled by International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP), will now feature Luxoft as the 47th position in the “Leaders” category. Value of the service contract is worth just over $1 billion.
