Bingham Picks DTI to Provide On-Site Management Services in its Law Offices

Bingham McCutchen LLP has selected DTI (News - Alert) for providing a full suite of on-site management services in all its law offices across the United States.


DTI specializes in solutions for facilities management, e-discovery and litigation services. Its knowledge solutions include on-site and off-site word processing besides document review services, legal staffing, placement services, and printing and production services.

Tracee Whitley, Bingham’s chief operating officer said, “In speaking to DTI’s client references, we were impressed with the consistent feedback about their excellent and cost-effective customer service, their innovative approach to their work and the strong career opportunities offered to their employees.”

The five year agreement entails DTI to service 10 Bingham offices nationwide. It will provision a full range of traditional facilities management services encompassing centralized copying, printing and scanning; copier fleet management; facsimile and mail services; hospitality and office supplies; and records services.

Besides these services, DTI will also deliver a suite of litigation services on-site including scanning and OCR, electronic branding and Bates labeling, load files, batch printing and others. DTI is also providing human resources covering around 120 positions.

According to officials, Bingham picked DTI owing to its law firm experience and its capacity to staff and manage support services in all its offices. The new Global Services Center in Lexington, Kentucky will also served by DTI.

The deployment of DTI’s on-site management services for Bingham started in November 2012 and was completed early in 2013 by a seamless management service transition.

“What has impressed us most during the transition is DTI's responsiveness. We have nearly instant access to individuals at the highest levels at DTI as well as the attention of a very dedicated transition team,” remarked Sherri Bracken, Bingham’s chief administrative officer.

Recently, DTI partnered with Wipro Technologies, a provider of information technology, consulting and outsourcing, to provide mission-critical services to clients on a global basis.

As per the terms of the agreement, both companies have joined forces to offer electronic discovery, managed document review, contract drafting and intellectual property/compliance support services to clients.
