Shiftboard Expands Scheduling Capabilities for Welborn Relief Agency

With the current state of the economy, companies are under increasing pressure to cut spending and find efficient ways to do more with less. As a result, there is an increased demand to automate staff scheduling and onboarding costs in order to drive growth.

-- Multi-geography scheduling –with its expansion into California and Oregon, Welborn now needs schedules, operations and all reporting to be filtered by geography and across all locations, clients and multiple time zones. The Shiftboard solution makes all of this possible and efficient.

-- Multiple, Diverse worker profiles – what had once been staffing pharmacists had grown to include pharmacy technicians and intern. Now, Welborn can capture and manage key credentialing and compliance information across profile types.
"Shiftboard supports our core business processes from web registration of new contractors to scheduling to analytics reports for invoicing clients and paying staff. For a staffing agency like us, it would be hard to think of a more self-contained system to support our operations," added Welborn.

Shiftboard has earned a strong reputation in the market by providing online scheduling software (offered as SaaS (News - Alert)) to a range of business services, hospital scheduling, staffing companies, fire department scheduling, educational institutions and non-profits.
