Primus Business Services Unveils PrimusCloud Server

Primus Business Services, a provider of advanced communications solutions and data center technology, unveiled the new PrimusCloud Server, an enhanced cloud platform that can be deployed by users to gather more control over system performance.

PrimusCloud Server is a form of cloud computing where a server is delivered a monthly service and is ideal for growing companies who want to minimize equipment and resource costs. Users can hope to bring down costs while at the same time enjoy the security, reliability, and scalability features the PrimusCloud offers. It is a single cloud product that spans different grades of SAN (Storage Area Network) capabilities which in turn lets users to have more control over their entire infrastructure including server components.

“Many businesses find that losing control of their infrastructure when hosting in the cloud is frustrating. Our clients want to remain in control of platform performance and the recent enhancements to our Primus cloud portfolio give clients the effective control that they require to properly manage their cloud infrastructure. With a multi-tiered offering to infrastructure, platform and data, Primus enables businesses of all sizes to take advantage of a public cloud offering, but with all the benefits of a private cloud”, said AJ Byers, executive vice president of Primus Business Services, in a statement.

Primus claimed that it owns and maintains users’ IT infrastructure on its behalf, so it doesn’t need to invest the time or resources itself. The company’s cloud migration experts will work with users to assess their current IT environment and build a plan for them to migrate into the cloud.

The company added that it also offers PrimusCloud Backup, a backup service that offers users’ PrimusCloud Server with enterprise-level disaster recovery at a price they can afford.
