Wagner SprayTech, a provider of commercial painting and industrial fine finishing solutions, recently deployed Voxware's (News - Alert) Cloud Voice Management Suite in two separate distribution centers.
The cost-effective, quick-to-deploy and scalable nature of the Cloud Voice Management Suite will help Wagner to increase productivity, improve shipping times and bolster the overall customer experience.
Earlier, Wagner used an RF picking solution to handle its fulfillment operations. However, it soon found the solution to be ineffective and therefore opted to implement Voxware's Cloud VMS.
"By upgrading to voice, we will greatly improve our warehouse productivity and our ability to serve our customers," said Bill Ferguson, distribution manager, Wagner. "As a mid-size retailer, a cloud-based solution versus a more costly on-premise offering allows us to minimize our CAPEX while increasing our operational outcomes and that made a lot of sense to us."
Touted as a pre-packaged, configurable solution, Cloud VMS provides Wagner with the flexibility it needs to efficiently and cost-effectively manage its entire operation with minimal IT resources.
"Customers demand availability, accuracy and rapid delivery of the products that they order," said Keith Phillips, president and CEO at Voxware. "Our latest deployment with Wagner demonstrates this company's commitment to continually improve their customer relationships through voice-enabled operational efficiencies. We are pleased that they found our cloud product best suited their needs. We also believe that there is a sizeable market for organizations that will benefit from low-cost, high-quality [and] cloud-based voice solutions that are looking to evolve their business and protect their brand."
