Ralph Catalano is CareCloud's New Vice President of Operations

CareCloud, a software and service provider for cloud-based practice management, medical billing and electronic health record (EHR) for medical groups, has brought Ralph Catalano on board as the vice-president of operations. Mr. Catalano brings with him more than three decades of industry experience and he will join CareCloud as a member of its executive leadership team. He will be responsible for overseeing company’s account management operations and revenue cycle management.

Mr. Ralph Catalano has over 30 years of experience in the financial and healthcare services sector. He has been responsible for account management operations and for managing and scaling global BPO (Business Processing Outsourcing) in his earlier stints. Mr. Catalano will be relocated to Miami to manage CareCloud’s customer service and support organizations and the company’s back-office revenue cycle management. He will be reporting to Albert Santalo, CareCloud's chairman and chief executive officer. He is all set to assume his new role from December 3, 2012.

Mr. Catalano has come to CareCloud from athenahealth, Inc., a well-known provider of web-based technologies and services to physicians. Prior to athenahealth, Mr. Catalano has held various product management and operations management positions in institutions like Fleet Financial, Bank of America and Bank of Boston. Mr. Catalano graduated Magna cum Laude with a BS in Business Administration from Boston University. He is also an MBA from Boston College with Concentrations in Computer Science and Finance.

CareCloud helps physicians in streamlining their operations, increasing collections and in improving patient care over all. It already has significant presence in over 35 days.
