Alcateia to Distribute EVault Cloud-Connected Services in Brazil

EVault has partnered with the Alcateia Group, an IT solutions provider in Brazil, to strengthen its market position in the country. EVault specializes in onsite, cloud and cloud-connected data protection solutions.

Alcateia will distribute a full range of EVault cloud-connected services, including EVault SaaS (News - Alert), EVault endpoint protection and EVault cloud disaster recovery services that protect distributed environments of organizations – supported by a secure, reliable cloud storage infrastructure and customer service.

Brazil serves as a lucrative market for cloud IT solutions providers and distributors. With a population of nearly 200 million people and a rapidly growing economy, Brazil ranks among other emerging economies like India, Indonesia, greater China, Eurasia, Argentina and Mexico considering regional growth rates in public cloud services, according to Gartner (News - Alert).

EVault and Cequel Data Centers also recently entered into a partnership, under which Cequel will promote and sell EVault’s cloud-connected backup and recovery services at its locations across the United States to provide data protection solutions.
