Sprint Supports SMBs with its MS Office 365 Solution
January 17, 2013
Small to mid-sized businesses are in great need of a comprehensive approach to the cloud that is affordable, provides ongoing support and seamless integration of mobility virtually anytime and anywhere. The current market, however, seems geared toward offering large enterprises and corporations these services while neglecting their smaller counterparts. One company, Sprint, however, has broken its corporate chains in this area with its cloud-enabled Microsoft Office 365 solution, earning the Frost & Sullivan (News - Alert) 2012 North American Customer Value Enhancement Award in Mobile Communications and collaboration in the process.
Frost & Sullivan Customer Value Enhancement Award is presented each year to the company that proactively creates value for its customers by demonstrating excellence in implementing strategies that improve return on investment in services and products provided by its customer-base. Sprint’s (News - Alert) unique Carefree Cloud migration and onboarding assistance, together with online support and a user-friendly portal specifically for its MS Office 365 solution, have been particularly attractive and reflect an understanding of U.S. small business needs, according to a Frost & Sullivan research.
Sprint is focused on simplifying cloud solutions for businesses and aims to enhance business experiences as cloud and mobile data demands and business challenges evolve. Sprint offers its Carefree Cloud onboarding and migration services at no additional cost to its customers, while also offering small businesses bundled tools and productivity suites that build on the features of Office 365. It provides extended technical support through its IT helpdesk to keep businesses up and running thus saving them the expense of hiring a dedicated IT staff or requiring them to outsource.
Looking to help SMBs even further, Sprint is also expanding its cloud-based solutions significantly this year. Over the coming months, the company will start focusing on Software-as-a-Service (SaaS (News - Alert)), Unified-Communications-as-a-Service (UCaaS) and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) with its products and services. Sprint also delivers an innovative private-label cloud services platform to its wholesale customers who then sell these solutions to SMBs.
