Information Systems Management, a company commonly referred to as ISM and a provider of ERP and CRM business software, signed a partnership deal with NetSuite (News - Alert), an American software company.

Through this partnership, ISM joined the NetSuite Solution Provider Program. ISM will now be able to launch a new cloud computing practice, offering their customers cloud-based business management and ERP software to more efficiently run core business processes including financial management, warehouse and inventory management, distribution, customer service, marketing automation, and CRM.

"Adding a cloud practice with NetSuite supports our responsibility to customers who view us as trusted advisors. To keep that trust, we knew we had to provide them with a real choice when it comes to ERP and accounting software - traditional on-premise or in the cloud," Stuart Blumenthal, vice president at ISM said in a statement.

Blumenthal also noted that their decision to add NetSuite was influenced by the fact that the product was developed specifically for the cloud - not adapted from an on-premise software code base.

NetSuite was also noted to be an obvious choice because it is a widely-used cloud ERP application. Even in a market with competing products, NetSuite offers a complete range of functionality for financials, CRM, eCommerce, distribution, and manufacturing in one integrated suite. It even supports third-party add-on applications through the SuiteCloud Developer Network.

"By extending its portfolio with the NetSuite Cloud, ISM can effectively address the ever-increasing market demand for cloud solutions," said Craig West, VP of Channel Sales, NetSuite.

"Having ISM join NetSuite’s partner program further extends NetSuite's reach into new markets, allowing fast growing businesses to streamline their operations," added West.

In another announcement, ISM completed its lineup of CRM software options with Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics CRM.
