Ace Hardware, one of the largest retailer-owned hardware cooperatives in the industry, has selected uStudio's video platform to drive its sales training processes.
Officials with uStudio said that the company’s video platform helps businesses use video to transform their operations in order to increase marketing and sales velocity, drive employee productivity and increase customer satisfaction.
With the help of video over 4,800 stores and 70,000 associates of Ace will receive sales presentations and best practices.
The goal of the video training program is for every sales associate to engage with customers more effectively.
“With more than 70,000 associates and corporate employees spread across the world, we are deeply committed to individual development and education programs,” said Stevan Stevlic, learning management system manager, Ace Hardware, in a statement.
“Associates trained in our brand values sell more and provide a more amazing customer experience. And expanding our use of video allows us to offer far more engaging user experiences,” said Stevlic.
He said that uStudio makes this whole process easy by integrating seamlessly with the company’s learning management system.
Jen Grogono, CEO of uStudio, said that it's no secret that video offers one of the most effective sales training experiences available.
“Ace Hardware has built its brand reputation on the highest standards of customer service, and we look forward to supporting them in continuing this tradition by developing the next generation of sales associates,” said Grogono.
Earlier this month, video platform company, uStudio, Inc., announced the availability of VideoShare, the company's newest solution for transforming the way businesses use and measure video across their sales, marketing, and services operations.
uStudio is enabling teams, for the first time, to use Salesforce to share video among users internally and with prospects, customers and partners, while also correlating those video investments with revenue impact.
VideoShare provides a rich set of video solutions with elegant user interfaces inside of Salesforce. Additionally, VideoShare reporting provides insights on video user productivity and its connection to business goals.
