MegaPath Introduces Bigger Incentives for Channel Partners

The right incentives can drive channel partners to start generating more sales for their parent organizations. One of the tools used to motivate partners is Sales Performance Incentive Funds or SPIF(F)’s, which is used encourage the sale of a specific item or group of items. MegaPath (News - Alert), provider of voice, data, security and cloud services in North America, has announced it is making SPIFF reward of 3X the monthly recurring charges (MRC) available to its channel partners, on top of recurring commission payouts, when they sell its Hosted Voice and/or Unified Communications services as well as 1X MRC for Access Services.

In a highly competent environment these types of incentives give channel partners the drive they need to start producing more sales.

“MegaPath’s Quarterly SPIFF Program provides MegaPath partners the opportunity to earn an extra, one-time bonus above and beyond the normal, recurring MegaPath commission payouts while providing customers with high-quality, feature-rich cloud communications and connectivity solutions,” said Kurt Hoffman (News - Alert), President, MegaPath.

The company said it will give qualifying contracts with a 2 or 3-year term a one-time SPIFF of     300 percent of the MRC of the MegaPath Hosted Voice and/or Unified Communications (News - Alert) services ordered, when those services are purchased with MegaPath broadband connectivity services. Two hundred percent of the MRC of the MegaPath Hosted Voice and/or Unified Communications services ordered, when purchased as stand-alone services. One hundred percent of the MRC of MegaPath broadband connectivity services ordered. All of these bonuses are in addition to the partner’s monthly commission.

MegaPath offers a comprehensive portfolio of voice, unified communications (UC), hosted IT, and secure data networking services. The company’s UC platform delivers real-time communications services that drive efficiencies, improve collaboration, and support mobility. It gives users access to their company resources and communicate with their colleagues and partners with HD video call, voice call, SMS text, or screen share within a single interface.

Incentive alone are not enough to get channel partners to deliver more sales, the product has to be good. MegaPath's Hosted Voice and Unified Communications products has received the TMC Telephony 2015 Excellence Award and TMC Communications (News - Alert) Solutions 2015 Product of the Year Award, which should make it much easier for its partners.

The new SPIFFs are valid between September 16, 2015 and December 31, 2015.
