Really Simple Systems
, which provides hosted customer relationship management systems, reportedly announced
the availability of DribbleMail for its online CRM system.
DribbleMail is an easy-to-use bulk e-mailing software add-on that integrates mall-e-mailing functionality into Really Simple Systems' core marketing Web based CRM system. The new solution allows better management of mass e-mails, enabling moderated bulk e-mail campaigns. It allows direct mail marketers to plan and execute well-developed, high-impact, permission-based, e-mail marketing campaigns with a steady flow of bulk emails for distribution over the course of a campaign.
Customers who have adopted DribbleMail are satisfied with its ability to enhance email deliver. Also, the integration of the mailer into the customer CRM system saves significant time and efforts as they don’t need to move the data and results between the email system and the CRM system.
“By allowing online CRM users to schedule mailings to be 'dribbled out' over days or weeks, rather than all at once, marketers can even out lead generation, enhance the deliverability of emails and limit the amount of emails caught in spam filters,” John Paterson, CEO at Really Simple Systems, said in a statement.
DribbleMail is part of Really Simple Systems simple hosted CRM software-as-a-service offering, so it is accessible from any computer connected to the Internet. This ensures that the campaigns are always monitored with the Web based CRM system and all users have instant access to data as and when it is needed.
When integrated with Really Simple Systems online CRM, the solution allows for greater communication with prospective and existing customers alongside better reporting in the online CRM system. It allows marketing and sales departments to better monitor all individual e-mail campaigns, including tracking information from the initial sales lead through to the closing of a sale and beyond, officials said.
Really Simple Systems recently announced that Care Services Efficiency Delivery team, part of the Department of Health, has adopted its hosted CRM software to assist in managing and maintaining its working activities and client histories, IT Analysis reported. The process helps CSED ease internal communication, ensure the effective sharing of information and provide team leaders with a complete view of activity.
