LTC Senior Management to Participate at REITWorld 2012: NAREIT'S Annual Convention for All Things REIT

LTC Properties, Inc. (NYSE:LTC) announced today that senior management will participate in the NAREIT's REITWorld 2012 Conference in San Diego, California. The conference is scheduled for Monday, November 12, through Thursday, November 15, 2012.

Presentation materials will be available on the Investor Relations section of LTC Properties' website (www.LTCProperties.com) on November 13, 2012 and for a limited period following the event.

In addition, NAREIT will conduct an interview with CEO & President Wendy Simpson during the event, a video of which will be available on NAREIT's website at www.reit.com on Tuesday, November 20, 2012.
