Levi & Korsinsky is investigating the Board of Directors of Mission West
Properties, Inc. ("Mission West" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: MSW) for
possible breaches of fiduciary duty and other violations of state law in
connection with the liquidation of the Company's real estate assets. In
a November 2, 2012 press release, Mission West announced it would sell
certain real estate assets to an entity sponsored by affiliates of Divco
West and TPG Real Estate for approximately $400 million in cash and $398
million in assumed debts and other obligations. Mission West intends to
liquidate after the completion of these transactions and the
satisfaction of outstanding debts, taxes, and related transaction costs.

Under the terms of this liquidation agreement, shareholders will receive
an estimated $9.20 to $9.28 per share in cash. The investigation
concerns whether the Mission West Board of Directors breached their
fiduciary duties to Mission West stockholders by unanimously voting to
liquidate the Company's assets.
