Dave's promotion connects his operational acumen with the overseeing of Big Fish's game delivery and distribution. With Dave taking over the operational role, the company founder and CEO Paul Thelen is free to focus on company strategy during a high-growth period in the company's history. Dave previously provided financial leadership for Amazon's Marketplace business and Amazon Web Services (News - Alert), among other areas. Prior to Amazon, Dave spent nine years with Procter & Gamble, where he focused on global strategic planning and new business development within multiple P&G business lines.
