Big Fish Promotes CFO Dave Stephenson to President and CFO to Oversee Game Delivery and Distribution of Company's Expansive Digital Game Catalog

games on any device, has just announced the promotion of Dave Stephenson
from CFO to President and CFO. Dave's promotion connects his operational
acumen with the overseeing of Big Fish's game delivery and distribution.

products and its mobile games have been downloaded more than 100 million
times. With Dave taking over the operational role, the company founder
and CEO Paul Thelen is free to focus on company strategy during a

recently in the role of vice president of finance for the company's $15

digital merchandise, and financial oversight of subsidiaries including
diapers.com and MyHabit.com. Dave previously provided financial
leadership for Amazon's Marketplace business and Amazon Web Services (News - Alert),
among other areas. Prior to Amazon, Dave spent nine years with Procter &
Gamble, where he focused on global strategic planning and new business
development within multiple P&G business lines.
