Vomela Specialty Company Continues Growth through Strategic Acquisition

Vomela Specialty Company of St. Paul, Minnesota announced it has completed the acquisition of the business and assets of Fusion Imaging, Inc. of Kaysville, Utah. Fusion Imaging is a supplier of large format graphics, custom fabric tension displays and exhibits, and event graphics solutions. Fusion Imaging, which conducts sales activities across the United States, generates revenues of $12,000,000 annually.

Kathy Boydstun, former owner and President of Fusion Imaging, has been named Division Manager of the newly formed Fusion Imaging Division of Vomela Specialty Company. Ms. Boydstun stated, "We are excited about the opportunities this acquisition brings to Fusion Imaging employees and customers. Our new affiliatio with Vomela expands our ability to support our customers by taking advantage of the strength and reach of the Vomela companies across North America."
