Paralyzed Veterans of America Announces New 'Mission: ABLE' Partner Hollister Incorporated
WASHINGTON --(Business Wire)--
Paralyzed
Veterans of America (Paralyzed Veterans) is pleased to announce that
Hollister Incorporated is supporting Paralyzed Veterans' Mission:
ABLE campaign, by donating $20,000 to the organization. Hollister
Incorporated is an independently-owned global company that develops,
manufactures, and markets healthcare products, servicing over 90
countries.
"Hollister Incorporated is happy to continue our support of Paralyzed
Veterans of America through this sponsorship," says Kelly Barry, Senior
Marketing Manager. "Hollister Continence Care shares Paralyzed Veterans'
ongoing commitment to care and to help our veterans live the full,
rewarding lives they deserve. Our products and services are testimony -
first and foremost - to the assurance that quality of life needn't be
compromised by managing one's continence."
Hollister Continence Care products and services are designed to support
people whose lives have been affected by spinal
cord injury. Hollister's dedication to developing exceptional
research-driven urological products and services is driven by its
commitment to people and to helping empower their lives.
Paralyzed Veterans' Mission: ABLE campaign was designed to enlist
Americans-citizens, communities and corporations-to help ensure our
paralyzed heroes are provided the physical care needed to live a healthy
life, receive the benefits they've earned through military service and
have the resources to obtain job training and opportunities for new and
fulfilling careers.
"We thank Hollister for joining us in our mission of ensuring that all
veterans get the care, benefits and jobs they've earned and deserve,"
said Bill Lawson, national president of Paralyzed Veterans of America.
"Without the support of companies like Hollister, we wouldn't be able to
provide all the programs and services to our veterans that they need in
order to live full, productive and independent lives."

Paralyzed
Veterans of America was founded by a group of seriously injured
American heroes from the "Greatest Generation" of World War II. They
created a nonprofit organization to meet the challenges that they faced
back in the 1940s - from a medical community not ready to treat them to
an inaccessible
world. For more than 66 years, Paralyzed Veterans' national office and
its 34 chapters
across the nation have been making America a better place for all
veterans and people with disabilities. (www.pva.org)
