U.K.-Based Sensee Selects CosmoCom Call Center Outsourcing Technology Platform

Call center outsourcing solutions provider CosmoCom (News - Alert) has revealed that Sensee, a U.K.-based provider of home working strategies, has selected CosmoCom cloud-based call center solutions to power their outsourced and homeworking-on-demand services.

According to a press release, Sensee was looking for a competent call center outsourcing suite that would meet the ever changing business requirements of their clients. The company ultimately decided on CosmoCall Universe (CCU), an all-in-one unified IP multimedia call center solution which provides Sensee's outsourced contact center agents and their client’s remote workers with access to world class contact center functionality, wherever they are based.

CosmoCall Universe (CCU) includes advanced features such as call recording, monitoring, IVR, skilled-based routing and multimedia capabilities. With these innovative capabilities, Sensee will now have the contact center functionality that is essential to the success of their homeworking-on-demand service.

The multi-tenant call center outsourcing architecture from CosmoCom enables Sensee to create its own virtual environment, while simultaneously hosting multiple clients securely and cost effectively on a single platform. In addition, this call center outsourcing solution set allows for multiple deployment options such as co-sourcing and business continuity to name just a few.

"Having the right infrastructure is of critical importance to us, it opens new doors and it gives us the framework to extend our own cloud-based service right into agent's homes," Chris Colyer, chief technical officer, Sensee, said in a statement. “With the flexible and scalable CosmoCom architecture, we can rest assured that we now have the technology to respond quickly and fulfill all our clients' homeworking requirements".

"With the continuous growth of at-home agents, Sensee has the expertise and proven knowledge of the home-working environment, and we are delighted that they have chosen CosmoCom technology,” Alex Black (News - Alert), CTO of Enghouse Interactive, the parent company of CosmoCom added. “Together we will significantly broaden their outsourced services and improve both productivity and flexibility for their customers."

Back in April of this year, Enghouse (News - Alert) Systems Limited, a Canada-based provider of enterprise software solutions, and its wholly-owned subsidiary Syntellect, acquired the business and operations of CosmoCom for $20 million in cash.
