In a press release, the company announced that it has won this year’s Technology Marketing Corporation Product of the Year Award from Customer Interaction Solutions Magazine and Unified Communications Excellence award from TMC (News - Alert). According to Varolii Solutions, it is the forth year in a row that the company has won the Product of the Year Award. And so far the Unified Communications Excellence award is concerned, the company is bagging it for the second consecutive year.

The Unified Communications Excellence Award recognizes products and services that help a company leverage technology for business benefits. Varolii was honored for its work helping companies to significantly reduce resource costs and improve customer service for a large base of consumers. Varolii claims that after the implementation of its automated communications, the companies are able to contact more people in a single day than what it usually reached in weeks.

A few months back, Varolii Corporation (News - Alert) received top rankings in a report from independent research and analysis firm, Ovum (News - Alert). In its report assessing hosted outbound communication providers, Ovum rated Varolii highest in two of the three category rankings in the report, and Varolii is one of just two companies making the recommended shortlist, based on Varolii's combined strength in technology, positive customer feedback and firm financial footing.
