While the sun is shining its bright warmth outside, inside the offices of Frost & Sullivan (News - Alert) rays of appreciation have been gracing them from Sitel. Sitel, a company that provides customer care outsourcing services, has announced that they have awarded Frost & Sullivan with a 2014 Customer Value Leadership Award in Omni-Channel Customer Engagement for Contact Center Outsourcing. Frost & Sullivan, a company that helps clients grow as business innovators, earned the award for their work with helping companies anticipate customers’ need and maximize sales potential.
The people at NICE also have reason to celebrate this spring. The provider of software solutions helps companies organize customer service in order to provide the best customer experience alongside strong security measures has been declared the world leader in contact center workforce management by analyst firm DMG Consulting’s 2014 Contact Center Workforce Management Report.
Another company, BrightTag, has also been doing quite well this year. A global leader in real-time, cloud-based marketing technologies, BrightTag’s 2013 year was one of strong growth, and they have just announced that the momentum from last year’s growth has been carried into 2014 with an increase in major clients and revenue.
While BrightTag has been picking up big name clients like Puma, TOA has also picked up a nice contract this week. Private security company Guardian Protection Services has selected TOA’s ETA Direct cloud solution as the service to provide them with support for their fast and efficient installations of security systems.
Some companies may be excitedly celebrating Spring in their own offices, but others are branching out and joining together in major partnerships. In China, smartphone users who use Sky-mobi apps will have a new opportunity to have excellent customer service on-site at China Unicom (News - Alert) stores. China Unicom, a state owned telecommunications company, is partnering with app provider Sky-mobi to provide customers with better customer service within their stores.
An international joint marketing agreement has also being entered into between 1World Direct Ltd. Hong Kong, California based Cloud Lead Enterprises, and Negros Oriental in the Philippines. This marketing agreement will give 1World Direct access to Cloud Lead Enterprises’ call centers across the world, giving the global financial company a broader market for their marketing enterprises.
CorvisaCloud has been working to provide clients with cloud-based communications software and consulting services. CorvisaCloud, alongside Equinox, has launched a private network, connecting their network to all their customer offices. This will allow clients to send data privately using the cloud, with no need to send data over the internet.
In other news, major innovation in the world of call centers is being led by Vidyo (News - Alert), a company that provides video communication services. Vidyo has announced that it will releasing its VidyoWorks Contact Center Reference Design, a software solution that will enable call centers to provide customer service through video communications.
