This all-inclusive online service brings all the necessary resources to help companies position Enghouse Interactive (News - Alert) products as part of their customer solution offerings.
Partners can use the self-service portal to access a wealth of useful content such as product sheets, technical documents, information about software updates, the company’s entire North American network of contacts and sales collateral. In addition there are training tools and case studies as well the ability to log in to the Enghouse Interactive MySupport Portal for opening and managing support requests. The amount of information available to users depends on their organization’s level of Product Authorization; in particular, those awaiting approval will be given a significantly limited view of sales and marketing information.
Enghouse Interactive maintains a very wide network of channel partners and serves more than 10,000 customers with its expansive portfolio of solutions spanning contact center applications, quality management and knowledge management suites, computer-telephony integration (CTI (News - Alert)), interactive voice response (IVR), dialing and operator console functionality. The company’s partner program involves creating a joint business plan that includes coverage of training requirements, assigning resources to help them achieve these goals, developing joint marketing plans and backing everything up with professional services, training and support.
