RewardStream, a loyalty software company, announced that RewardStream Lifecycle Marketing Platform has been rated the top Software-as-a-Service, or "SaaS (News - Alert)," based loyalty software platform by global loyalty consultancy Customer Strategy Network, or "CSN."
Mike Atkin, founding member of CSN, maintains the most comprehensive loyalty software evaluation database in the industry. RewardStream was selected through a rigorous loyalty benchmarking initiative, assessing over 40 single-brand, multi-partner, and B2B global solution providers to date.
This Initiative performed evaluations on solutions for their capabilities including software functionality, remote administration tools, the company's business model, global suitability, support and maintenance, and client delivery options.
RewardStream was ranked the top remotely hosted solution among all providers participating in the loyalty benchmarking initiative. As a result, RewardStream becomes CSN's preferred supplier of remotely hosted loyalty solutions.
CSN recently joined 'RewardStream Leader Program,' a network of accredited loyalty and incentive experts who can extend the company's software with the consulting services required.

The company's top ranking in the Loyalty Benchmarking Initiative is a further stamp of confidence for loyalty program sponsors in the marketplace, company officials added.
Back in February RewardStream picked OpSource (News - Alert) Cloud to "spin up servers with the highest level of security possible." With OpSource Cloud, RewardStream's customers receive a private network and set the degree of public Internet connectivity they wish to grant, from totally private to fully available.
