Convergys Corporation Announces Launch of ICOMS 9 Platform

Convergys (News - Alert) Corporation, a major player in relationship management, has introduced ICOMS 9, an enabling platform for next generation services.

Pre-integrated with Convergys CRM, ICOMS 9 will be powered by Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics CRM, a solution that made its debut at TMForum Management World 2011.

Operators with the ICOMS 9 next generation solution are able to easily configure new service offerings and leverage expanded marketing support to build a truly integrated service experience.

Using flexible management configuration, the solution and intelligent technology, the solution is able to improve the integrity of up-sell, cross-sell, and new acquisition processes and drive new revenue growth.

The solution helps operators to respond to market dynamics with flexibility across business models. It also enables operators to adopt a complete customer-centric approach through personalization of services, offers, and customer experience.

The solution also features service agnostic advanced rating and discounting with pre- and post-paid convergence enablement.

The highly scalable solution helps rationalize and consolidate BSS and drive improved performance and innovation.

ICOMS 9’s simplified enterprise architecture boasts of standards-based SOA integration and provides a highly adaptable platform to support flexible growth models of the future, while also providing an evolution path to consolidation and lower TCO.
