SPi Global Chosen to Manage Call Center for Scoot Airlines

SPi Global will provide a telecommunications call center for a low-cost subsidiary of Singapore Airlines (SIA), Scott PTe. Ltd. SPi Global will take over all customer services including: booking tickets, arranging special seats, booking and managing special meal requests, and dealing with all customer service problems after flight.


SPi Global, a Philippines-based company, has specialized in customer relationship management for years. It is currently the largest Filipino-owned business process outsourcing company in the Philippine, with more than 15,000 employees in over 20 locations throughout the world.

The company offers business outsourcing solutions in various industries and functions in outsourcing call centers customer care, customer service, help desk support, content editorial and production, database structuring, transcription, billing and revenue, and coding compliance.

Maulik Parekh, president and CEO of SPi Global, said customer service is key especially when it comes to airlines. “With our experience representing leading companies in the Asia Pacific and United States, we understand how important customer service is in generating customer loyalty and new business.
