Instant Checkmate, a background data provider, recently made the announcement that it has hired 20 friendly and patient customer service representatives, perhaps partly in acknowledgement of the importance of public relations. The official reason given, however, is that the hiring of additional customer service reps is part of the company's plan to expand its California and Nevada offices.
“Instant Checkmate is committed to offering friendly, supportive service to each and every single caller,” stated Instant Checkmate spokesperson Kristen Bright. She added that "Instant Checkmate keeps on growing and in order to carry out our vision, we must have a supportive, hard working staff to push us forward.”
The new hires will be operating Instant Checkmate's call center which is meant to answer subscribers' questions and concerns, reinforcing the old adage that the customer is king.
“Instant Checkmate is very excited to have hired such a professional staff, they will launch the Instant Checkmate call center and will assist any customer with any question,” Bright added. “They will function as a link between our customers and higher management. This link allows us to have a closer connection to our widespread client base.”
In addition to hiring new employees, Instant Checkmate also launched a company blog in order to keep subscribers up to date on new and upcoming services. What's more, the background data provider began offering a new service this week which has proven very popular: reverse phone lookup.
Instant Checkmate has been providing its online background check service since 2009, available to individuals on a subscription basis only. The company can supply its subscribers with results from billions of local criminal records, federal state records, public records, private databases and sex offender registries. Those who are not subscribed to the service can perform a basic search on Instant Checkmate's website but users must sign up to view any kind of detailed information.
