Provider of cloud communications software and services CoreDial has revealed the production quality beta release of its Operator Console, which comes with a robust feature set that provides unified communications and agility for end-user customers.

“The CoreDial Operator Console provides our partners and their end-user customers with a valuable, feature rich, and cost effective solution that is typically available only through premise-based systems,” said Alan Rihm, CEO at CoreDial, adding that it’s designed to streamline communications and improve business processes for customers.

With the browser-based console, company’s partners can provide their customers real-time access to features such as presence, click-to-dial and call control for transferring, parking, and managing conference bridge calls. Further, it offers live monitoring and reporting on call center operations.

Company officials said that CoreDial Operator Console enables users to easily manipulate and direct calls, creating a seamless experience for both internal and external parties as well as for both inbound and outbound calls.

Rihm added that the Operator Console is available immediately to all the company’s partners as a production quality beta application. He noted that many of the company’s partners already have the new Operator Console in production with their end-users, and the feedback has been extremely positive.

“Our team worked long and hard to deliver this robust capability in a true white label, multi-tenant environment, and it demonstrates our ongoing commitment to providing CoreDial partners with industry-leading features that help them succeed,” Rihm said.

The Operator Console supports all major browsers, including mobile browsers, including iOS and Android (News - Alert).

“One of the first things I noticed when we activated our first end-user Operator Console through CoreDial is that it required virtually no setup,” said Thomas Jacobs, CEO of BNCVoice, a provider of high-quality, cost-efficient solutions for business communications.

Westchester County, NY-based BNCVoice supports business customers in NY, CT, NJ, MA, OH, KY, WV and FL. The company’s services include cloud-based VoIP business telephones, virtual office, faxing, and electronic faxing services.

“In the past, we’ve used a standard client-server technology that cost more and was somewhat complex to set up and configure, Jacobs said. “Everything is just there and ready to use based on how the customer is already configured. Features like this from CoreDial help us to continue to compete and win business, while delivering tangible value to our customers.”

Earlier last month, CoreDial announced the release of its advanced SIP Endpoint configuration management and mass provisioning software.
