PayLease Provides Toll-Free Call Center

PayLease is encouraging residents to call its toll-free call center 24/7 to pay rent or HOA dues over the phone using a credit card or an e-check.
The company has recently expanded its call center hours for phone-in payments to this end.
PayLease provides electronic rent payments for the property management industry. Through its expanded call center, it will connect callers with a live representative so that they can discuss their problems during the weekends and on all major holidays.
“A core philosophy here at PayLease is to make our service as convenient as possible for all users of the system, including residents,” said Yann Phung, VP of Client and Customer Management at PayLease.
PayLease claims it is the only provider offering continuous live assistance for phone payments in its industry.
By extending the calling hours, PayLease has also decreased the hold times for property managers calling in for technical assistance. About 80 percent of all the calls to this facility with expanded hours will be answered within 30 seconds or less.
There are other ways to pay as well if you do not wish to use the call center facility. You can go to PayLease’s property management website or visit paylease.com to make a payment.
An e-check or a credit /debit card can be used to make the payment.
“We understand that not everyone who wants to make a payment over the phone has time within regular business hours to do so. We’ve already seen a significant spike in payment volume since offering residents this convenience,” added Phung.
PayLease was in news in November last year when it was included on Deloitte's (News - Alert) Technology Fast 500, an award that provides a ranking of the fastest growing technology companies in North America.
