Aerohive Launches HiveNation

An easy to use and highly searchable online community was launched by California-based Aerohive (News - Alert) earlier this week. Its name is HiveNation and it allows customers, evaluators and industry thought leaders to find out more about Aerohive and what its about, as well as ask questions and interact with each other.

Aerohive started in 2006 in Sunnyvale, Calif.  and it has become number one in controller-less Wi-Fi and cloud-enabled enterprise networking. Aerohive's goal is to satisfy the needs of people who need to work from anywhere, using any device. Access networks are simplified by Aerohive through its self-organizing, service-aware, identity-based infrastructure that has cutting-edge Wi-Fi, VPN, branch routing and switching solutions.

According to a recent article, "Officially launched today, Aerohive’s HiveNation community will serve as a highly searchable wealth of information for customers, evaluators, industry thought leaders and other IT professionals to learn more about Aerohive’s products and culture, while engaging with like-minded individuals."

HiveNation will also supply IT professionals with an online community where they can share their stories with people that experience the same problems, talk about their various ideas and projects, and help each other.

Through Aerohive's newly launched online community, users will be able to learn about the services that the company has to offer in much more detail.  They also have the option of providing feedback and suggestions to Aerohive employees, who will take these into consideration in their constant strive to make this community as helpful as possible. With its 7,500 global customer base, Aerohive continues to grow daily. Introducing an online community will help it to constantly improve its products and services through user feedback and suggestions, therefore attracting even more customers from all over the world.

Bradley Chambers, director of I.T., Brainerd (News - Alert) Baptist School, who was one of the beta testers in the last few months, said that Aerohive's online community is much more than just a help portal. Even during the beta testing period, he thought that HiveNation is a great source of information that will become much more powerful once more people join, more questions are answered, and more problems are resolved.
