Dundas Data Visualization to Presentwith IQPC for Call Center Summit

In a statement, Dundas said it will be discussing how the proper data visualizations can help the efficiency of a call center.

Dundas will be showing a presentation that shows how a Call Center Dashboard democratizes data and empower individual employees to make more informed decisions with the information that they process on a daily basis.
