The heart of any call center lies within the employees that operate the phones and should be empowered to do the best job they can. With Dundas Data Visualization, a company that specializes in advanced data visualization and business dashboard solution, employees are equipped with the tools they need to provide exceptional customer service.
Dundas Data Visualization revealed its plan to do a presentation on Call Center Dashboards, alongside partner Farmers Insurance at the 8th Annual Call Center Summit in Orlando, Florida on January 24th. In a statement, Dundas said it will be discussing how the proper data visualizations can help the efficiency of a call center.
Dundas will be showing a presentation that shows how a Call Center Dashboard democratizes data and empower individual employees to make more informed decisions with the information that they process on a daily basis.
“The visualization of data is not new, making the data consumable for everyone is. Call Center Dashboards are a perfect example of what presenting your data properly can do to engage all employees to track performance and make better business decisions immediately.” Scott Benzie, director of Marketing at Dundas said. “Dundas is looking forward to presenting alongside Farmers Insurance and sharing the industry knowledge that we have picked up over the years.”
In addition to exhibiting and presenting at the summit, Dundas will be providing a data visualization on behalf of IQPC (News - Alert) for all attendees to enjoy. This Dundas Data Visualization will highlight the demographics of all those who have attended the IQPC show in previous years, as well as a snapshot of 2013’s participants.
Dundas Data Visualization has been delivering innovative technologies for years. In 2007 Microsoft (News - Alert) acquired the intellectual property of the Dundas component line for its data visualization needs in SQL Server Reporting Services, SharePoint and the .NET (News - Alert) Framework.
With over 20 years of experience, Dundas is focused on creating smart, fact-based data visualizations that are accessible at all levels of organizations. Currently on Version 4, Dundas is focused on adding innovative features and improving functionality with each release.
