RouteMatch Software Is A Finalist At The 7th Annual Stevie Awards For Sales & Customer Service

RouteMatch Software recently announced that it has made it to the finalist list in the 7th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. The company was nominated in the Front-line Customer Service Team of the Year category and is expecting to be the winner of a Gold, Silver, or Bronze Stevie Award.
This year’s event has more than 1,100 entries from a variety of organizations from almost all industries –a 10% increase in the number of entries for 2012. Finalists were named based on the average scores of 120 professional’s from across the globe who sat as preliminary judges.
In a statement, Joe Hewes, vice president of client services, RouteMatch Software, said that, "We are honored to be recognized by the panel of judges and receive this award for the relationships we build each day. In an industry where a call from a client could mean stranded riders or lost drivers trying to find their route, we know how critical each call is -- and our front line customer support team strives to make a difference every day."
RouteMatch Customer Support programs won it an entry to the awards program. These programs have been designed to deliver customers with optimized benefits on their software investments in addition to providing them with robust opportunities for connecting as a community and sharing of best practices. The result has been a 98% customer retention rate for the company’s clients.
Michael Gallagher, president and founder of the Stevie Awards said that, "Many of our preliminary judges have commented about the high quality of the entries the competition received this year. Our final judges will have a challenging but rewarding task, to determine the Gold, Silver and Bronze placements."
Final judging of finalists within the Stevie Award program will take place January 28 - February 8.
