EkoBuzz' Online Marketing Software Now Available with CRM Capabilities
February 04, 2013
EkoBuzz, a digital marketing company, offers web-based email and mobile marketing suite to help companies create and manage marketing campaigns. Its online marketing software is now available with CRM capabilities, enabling teams to work together on a single solution for capturing, managing and converting leads.
Compatible with all browsers including mobile phones, the EkoBuzz solution has now been upgraded with advanced searching and reporting capabilities that simplifies sales managers’ efforts to track sales activities and monitor sales pipeline over various time periods.
Raj Gupta, principal and founder of ProSoft Technology Group, a Chicago-based IBM (News - Alert) Premier Business Partner, said, “EkoBuzz has helped us move away from an antiquated in-house system to a cloud-based system that supports both our marketing and sales cycle. EkoBuzz lets us choose the core features that we need for our business. It provides us quick updates to our requests, and superior support and marketing consulting on an on-demand basis. Using EkoBuzz customized to our business has helped us save the money required to adopt a generic CRM system and hiring the consultants necessary to customize the system”.
From EkoBuzz, users can avail a wide range of permission based targeted mobile marketing services like SMS/text messaging, multimedia messaging (MMS), location based services (LBS) and connecting mobile with social networking sites. The CRM capabilities were added into its solution after the company received request from an existing customer as it believes that customers are its partners.
EkoBuzz also emphasized that its new solution is not offered as a competition to offerings from saleforce.com or other CRM vendors in the space. The objective of its offering is to let customers have an option to make use of a single repository to store lead, prospects and customer data.
