Microsoft Unveils New Solution Accelerators for its Dynamics CRM

In an effort to help companies to minimize costs and establish business insight across social networks, Microsoft has launched new CRM Accelerators for company’s Dynamics CRM. According to Microsoft (News - Alert), these CRM Accelerators are also available for channel-centric organizations and Web interaction channels.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM workflow automation and analytics allows the Sales, Marketing and Service staff of a company easily share information and route tasks to provide a seamless customer experience. With Microsoft Dynamics CRM, a company can establish a 360-degree view of customer interactions, sales opportunities and buying patterns to help your sales force cultivate more profitable relationships.
The new CRM Accelerators from Microsoft are available for free to current Microsoft Dynamics CRM customers and partners. The solution can either be used to help develop new solutions, or they can be deployed as packaged extensions to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This will help the companies in improving the time to value in tailoring Microsoft Dynamics CRM to their business needs.

The Social Networking Accelerator introduced by Microsoft allows business professionals to monitor and analyze customers' conversations on social networking sites. With The Partner Relationship Management (PRM) Accelerator, companies can use Microsoft Dynamics CRM to distribute sales leads and centrally manage sales opportunities across channel partners. If companies are looking to easily connect Microsoft Dynamics CRM to an organization's Web experience, they can go for the Portal Integration Accelerator.
Microsoft’s open source platform CodePlex will now have the SMS plug-in for Microsoft Dynamics CRM from Netsize. With the help of Netsize SMS plug-in, users can launch SMS campaigns to target contact lists and also generate SMS alerts triggered by any user-defined events. With the help of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Netsize messaging platform, Microsoft customers can easily tune and send SMS campaigns to a targeted audience.
