E Cigarettes National Opens New Call Center to Handle Growing Demand for its Products

Everyone knows about the dangers of smoking – studies have shown that most commercial brands of cigarettes contain thousands of harmful chemicals that are released upon burning the tobacco – chemicals that can lead to lung cancer and other serious health problems.

An interesting trend that is occurring, though, is that many smokers are now turning away from actually burning their tobacco and instead are “vaporizing" it, using a "vaporizer" – or, as another alternative, they are using “e- cigarettes,” which deliver vaporized nicotine from a liquid solution.

An "e-cigarette," or electronic cigarette, is a battery-powered device that provides inhaled doses of nicotine by delivering a vaporized liquid nicotine solution. In addition to nicotine delivery, this vapor also provides a flavor and physical sensation similar to that of inhaled tobacco smoke -- yet no tobacco, smoke, or combustion is actually involved in its operation.

Studies show that while “e-cigarettes” don’t necessarily break the cycle of nicotine addiction, they do provide a healthier alternative for nicotine delivery compared to smoking. It has long been established by the medical community that the heat of cigarette smoke is a primary contributor to the development of pre-cancerous cells and tumors in the passageways and lungs. By changing the mechanism of delivery from smoke to “steam,” or water vapor, the harmful effects of tobacco on the lungs can be greatly reduced – yet the “smoker” can still get the same level of enjoyment, in terms of both flavor and effect.

As a result of this trend, E Cigarettes National, which sells e-cigarettes online, is seeing phenomenal growth. The company -- which carries a wide selection of e-cigarettes, tobacco and related products -- recently opened a new call center in order to handle increasing customer demand. The company claims that business has grown more than 300 percent per month since its launch in July, and that it has had to expand its call center operations as a result.

In a release, Tiffany Ellis, marketing director of E Cigarettes National, said that the company’s wide selection, affordable prices and great customer service are what differentiate it from other e-cigarette dealers on the Web.
"We only buy the products from other companies that already have the merchandise in the United States so that we can make sure that we have plenty in stock and keep an informed eye on U.S. companies with great quality control measures in place," Ellis said. "This ensures top quality products that are always in stock, top brands that have proven to be legitimate, and E Cigarettes National making sure that they get the service they need and deserve."

According to the release the new call center will operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and is capable of taking hundreds of calls at a time. The company claims this new call center means customers will always be able to speak with a trained representative who can help with orders or to answer questions about any of the products E Cigarettes sells.

"We are not a single brand company and it is showing to be a great benefit to both the clients and the industry as a whole since we provide a medium for other single brand suppliers that hold to high standards to make sure their dedication and hard work are made available to the public," says Ellis. "We have our customers' well being in mind and want to make sure we can help them with any issue they may have."
One of the big advantages of purchasing e-cigarettes online is that it helps reduce the many “non essential” trips out to the grocery store, drug store or gas station that so many smokers engage in. By purchasing e-cigarettes, tobacco and related products and having them shipped, smokers can significantly reduce wasteful car runs out to the convenience store.

The release does not specify how many agents the new call center will employ – nor does it say where it is located.
