Ntractive Unveils 'Major Upgrade' to Elements CRM

From Grand Forks, N.D. comes news from Ntractive, which has announced what company officials say is "a major upgrade" to Elements CRM, the company's Mac Customer Relationship Management offering.

Elements CRM 3.0 is available immediately to all customers, and Version 3.0 gives Mac users "even more power when managing their business with the addition of some great new features," company officials say.

The new features include greatly enhanced navigation and UI, 100x speed improvements throughout the app, major system workflow enhancements including sales and projects, the ability to create rules to filter your data and view what's important, improvements to integration with Authorize.net, and more integrations like Gowalla, Linkedin and a full Twitter app.

For marketing, there are workflow enhancements with Mail Merge and MailChimp integrations, for invoicing an improved look and feel with more custom options, Acclivity AccountEdge and Intuit (News - Alert) QuickBooks enhancements.

Ntractive's focus in Elements CRM 3.0 was to "incorporate the features" their users have been looking for into an enhanced UI, company officials say, adding that the new features provide "powerful tools for sales teams to work more efficiently, and the Mac-centric look and feel of the Elements CRM interface has been magnified for an even more enjoyable user experience."

In July TMCnet reported that Ntractive announced the release of Version 2.5 of its Mac Customer Relationship Management Solution, Elements CRM. Version 2.5 includes QuickBooks Integration (in Beta) and a new pricing model.

New purchase options are segregated into a Small Business and Professional Version of Elements CRM. The Small Business package is available to businesses with 1-5 employees, with prices starting at $24.95 per user/month. It includes the full feature-set of Elements CRM, excluding Elements Mail e-mail integration and financial integration, which are both optional for an additional fee.

The Professional package is available to an unlimited number of users and includes the full feature set of Elements CRM, Elements Mail and financial integration. Professional packages start at $44.95 per user per month.
