Kapow Software, a provider of solutions for application integration, claimed that in its fiscal year, ended on June 30, 2011, new software subscriptions were up by 34 percent and subscription renewals increased 60 percent compared to last fiscal year.
The company claimed that the reasons it had a record fiscal year are it took advantage of the market momentum in the cloud computing adoption, application integration, mobile application development, business process automation, content migration, and automated web data collection. And the users’ critical need for streamlined business processes is increasing the demands for Kapow’s Katalyst application integration solutions.
Kapow Software asserted that there is a tremendous market opportunity right now for integration solution providers that can efficiently deliver real business value. Companies want to streamline business processes through automation and integration, regardless of whether solutions are in the cloud, on-premise, behind the firewall, or mobile, as a means to higher productivity and revenue.
The Kapow Katalyst Platform is an application integration solution capable of rapid data delivery. It makes sure that one’s company has the freshest and most accurate data when and where they need it. The solution can integrate with any layer in the application stack, the presentation layer (JavaScript or HTML) the application layer (API, SOAP/REST/XML) or the database layer (SQL), and automate the processes of extracting, transforming, integrating and migrating data from virtually any source in any of those layers to virtually any source.
The company asserted that it is also venturing into the mobile application market by releasing the mobile version of its Katalyst software. The mobile application integration solution is said to have quickly adopted and accepted by many companies. The Kapow Mobile Katalyst brings together an application integration platform, a visual flow-chart development environment, a purpose-built integration browser and a collaboration platform so that users can realize an easy-to-use tool for extending any existing B2E and B2C business application to the mobile platform.
