1CRM Corp., a Vancouver, Canada-based SugarCRM (News - Alert) developer, has released the latest version of its web-based customer relationship management (CRM system) – info@hand System 7.


According to a press release, info@hand System 7 is a major revision of the company’s info@hand system, replacing the legacy SugarCRM architecture with the all-new 1CRM Engine.

1CRM Corp.’s info@hand is a complete, web-based, commercial-grade, customer-centric business management solution or a CRM system that adds comprehensive accounting, ERP, eCommerce, customer self-service portal and IP Telephony capabilities, as well as extended project management, customer service and HR features.

Initially built on the base of SugarCRM Open Source (News - Alert), info@hand now features 1CRM Engine, which is a flexible CRM core wherein many different vertical market CRM solutions may be configured.

According to 1CRM Corp., the info@hand CRM system is built using the 1CRM Engine's Personality Pack capability, which provides many Financial and Operational management capabilities compared to conventional CRM system. This web-based system provides “Instant Business Information, Anywhere” at every desk within an organization, or remotely via PC, Mac or mobile devices such as iPhone, iPad, Android (News - Alert) and BlackBerry.

Offering remarkable value at $275 USD per user for a one-time On Premise license, the latest release of info@hand redefines performance for web-based small business CRMs.

Featuring all new user interface that has a unified list views with integrated custom layouts and reporting, the info@hand System 7 has mobile support for iPad, iPhone, Android, BlackBerry and Windows Phone (News - Alert) 7.

Some of the customization features incorporated into info@hand System 7 include the Studio for editing screen layouts; custom fields and dropdown lists; ability to create Personality Packs which can fully customize the CRM for a specific industry with additional modules; studio customizations; and more.

Apart from featuring integrated Internet Telephony (News - Alert) with automatic Call Logging in the CRM, the info@hand System 7 also features Dynamic Target Lists as well as drip-feed e-mail campaign. Dynamic Target Lists defines a set of email marketing targets not by a list of individual names, but as all Contacts, Leads or Targets that satisfy a set of criteria.

The Drip-Feed Email Campaigns defines a series of e-mails, and have each delivered a specified number of days or months after a lead is created, to implement a timed multi-stage campaign for all new leads.
